Welcome to Disco Star! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Disco Star (the "Game") provided by us ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Game.

  • Virtual items and in-game currency are non-refundable and have no real-world value.

  • You are not entitled to compensation for lost or discontinued virtual items or in-game currency.

While using Disco Star , you agree not to:

  • Engage in harassment, hate speech, or abuse toward other players.
  • Use cheats, bots, hacks, or other unauthorized software to gain an advantage.
  • Exploit bugs or game errors to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Attempt to disrupt the Game’s servers or infrastructure.

We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including temporary or permanent account bans, for violations of user conduct.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Village People Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Paris, France.
  • You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
